American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider

Description

The BLS Instructor-led course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics. The course covers CPR techniques for all ages and use of an AED. BLS Provider Course Completion E-Card, valid for two years is issued upon successful completion. This class is most appropriate for those in the healthcare field. Nurses, Doctors, EMS, Lifeguards, etc. Some camps or security professionals may also require BLS. Age 16 and up. Class fee is $85 with the required text included. This is a 4-hour training. End time is an estimate as individuals may have additional needs, questions or practice. Class size is limited, and payment is due at the time of registration. Students should register for classes at least 2 weeks in advance whenever possible. Text will be mailed when payment is received. Late registrations will get the textbook in class. Class sizes are restricted meaning that prior registration and payment is required. WE WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE ANY WALK-IN STUDENTS.
