Poughkeepsie Farm Project Offering Partnership Opportunities for 2026

Poughkeepsie Farm Project (PFP), a 12-acre nonprofit farm in the Hudson Valley, is inviting local businesses and community partners to collaborate with us during the 2026 season.

Each year, PFP grows around 150,000 pounds of fresh vegetables using sustainable farming practices and works to make healthy, local food accessible to all. In 2025 alone, we donated more than 44,000 pounds of fresh produce to neighbors across the region through our food access programs.

As we look ahead to the 2026 growing season, we are seeking partners who want to connect with our vibrant, community-oriented audience while supporting food justice, education, and local agriculture.

Partnership Opportunities Include:

Pop-Up Shops at CSA Distributions
Connect directly with hundreds of engaged community members each week. Our CSA distributions run twice weekly and bring approximately 250–300 households to the farm per distribution. Ideal for local vendors, wellness businesses, artisans, and prepared food providers.

Field-to-Fork Event Partnerships
Our popular Field-to-Fork lunch series invites guests to enjoy meals prepared with ingredients grown right on the farm. Partners can support these events through in-kind donations, ingredient sponsorships, or co-branded experiences.

CSA Sponsorships ($127)
If we sell out all 23 weeks, we'll be able to feed 6 families all year long! Sponsorship opportunities include brand visibility and on-site recognition.

Event Sponsorships (starting at $250)
Support seasonal events including our Summer Soirée, Harvest Fest, Soup-a-Bowl, and community programs. Sponsorship opportunities include brand visibility, on-site recognition, and digital promotion.

In-Kind Donations
We regularly seek contributions of food, beverages, supplies, and services to support our events and programming.

Custom Collaborations
Have an idea? We’re always open to creative partnerships that align with our mission—whether that’s employee engagement, volunteer days, co-hosted workshops, or unique activations on the farm.

Partnering with Poughkeepsie Farm Project is an opportunity to support a healthier, more equitable food system while building meaningful connections with the local community.
